A collection of breathing, spiritual and physical exercises, the ancient practice of yoga is an activity that offers multiple benefits for the mind, body and soul. Yoga will help to rejuvenate the mind, reduce anxiety and develop concentration and focus. Our classes not only show you and your children how to relax together, but will also assist in building confidence, strength, coordination, and flexibility for the whole family.

Over 8 week blocks, members will learn different dance types, Including Ballet, Hip Hop and Street, Jazz, Acro Dance.

All levels welcome. Through a range of approaches the class challenges, strengthens, and conditions the core of the body (abdominals, obliques, pelvic floor and the back) to achieve better balance, and muscle tone).

A great way to get the kids active. They can expect to work hard and get a sweat on. Increase strength and improve your aerobic endurance.  With military style drills in a fun but challenging environment, circuit classes incorporate a variety of equipment, delivering an all over body workout.

A perfect way to get back into exercise post birth with your baby. Our low impact session focuses on rebuilding fitness, strength and confidence. Safely exercising post birth can help to aid recovery, alleviate postural aches and pains, rebuild the core and pelvic floor, boost energy and mood in a safe, relaxed and social space with a pre/post natal exercise instructor.
